Noted for its perseverance and originality, Brighton-Best early on developed an "open door" sales policy which fostered the growth of socket screws by making the products readily available for resale by distributors large and small. "Therein was a test of wills in achieving a victory over the large entrenched American socket manufacturers who restricted their sales of socket screws to favored distributors," states President Perry Rosenstein.
"The validation of this 'open door' policy was our establishing well over 30 warehouses world-wide for the sale of our products in package and bulk form making them readily available to more than 5000 distributors."
